Pay Incentives:
Master Officer Service Incentive:
6 yrs. 2.5% / 11 yrs. 5% / 16 yrs. 7.5% / 21 yrs. 10%
P.O.S.T. Certificate Incentive:
Intermediate 6% / Advanced 10% – increases to 12% in FY 2024
Educational Incentive: (begins in FY 2024)
bachelor’s degree 2.5% / master’s degree 4%
Specialized Unit Incentive: 5%
New Pay Step to Step F: 5% – begins in FY 2025
S.W.A.T. / Crisis Negotiation Team / K9 Handler Incentive: 2.5%
Tactical Flight Officer/Pilot Incentive: 5% / Pilot 10%
Bilingual Incentive: 4%
Drug Recognition Expert Incentive: 2.5%
