PORAC Insurance & Benefits Trust

The Insurance and Benefits Trust of PORAC remains fully operational and committed to providing our members with the assistance they need during the current conditions amid the COVID-19 crisis. Pursuant to the Executive Order issued by the Governor and for the health and safety of our staff, we have staggered our staffing to maintain a safe and healthy environment for our dedicated staff.

Our schedule provides access to service from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Please be assured that we are here to assist you. Our goal remains, as always, to provide quality service and benefits to our members!

PORAC Office Guidelines

Our PORAC Headquarters in Sacramento have partially reopened and our staff is currently working in the offices with modified schedules, however, our hours of operation remain 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. We are continuing to following strict guidelines that coincide with health safety orders to mitigate the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19). We are not allowing any outside visitors at this time but are encouraging phone calls and emails that can be returned in a timely manner.
