WHAT YOU’LL DO
Under the general direction of the Chancellor, plan, develop, coordinate, direct and supervise the district-wide law enforcement activities and operations; perform specialized supervisory and police work; ensure the safety and security of district employees, students, facilities and property; train, supervise and evaluate the performance of the department staff.

There is currently one full-time (40hrs/week, 12 mos. /year) vacancy located at VCCCD.

This recruitment is being conducted to establish a list of eligible candidates that will be used to fill district-wide, current and upcoming, temporary and regular vacancies for the duration of the list, not to exceed one year.

Located at Ventura College, the ideal candidate is willing and able to deliver on-campus teaching of in-person courses that support the college’s HSI population, has experience working with disproportionately impacted populations, and the ability to collaborate with community employers and stakeholders.
