The Tiburon Police Department is seeking dedicated individuals who are committed to making a difference in one of the Bay Area’s most scenic communities. The Tiburon Police Department is a community service-oriented organization with an emphasis on maintaining an interactive and proactive response to community concerns. This is accomplished through ongoing programs and continuous in-house and P.O.S.T. training in a variety of areas. Candidates with motorcycle or range master experience are encouraged to apply. Qualified lateral candidates will go directly to a Chief’s interview.

DEFINITION
To perform law enforcement and crime prevention work; to control traffic flow and enforce State and local traffic regulations; to perform investigative work; to participate in and provide support and assistance to special department crime prevention and enforcement programs.
