Educational Incentives

• 5% for an Associate’s Degree or 60 credit units
• 10% for a Bachelor’s Degree
• 15% for an Intermediate POST Certificate
• 20% for an Advance POST Certificate
• Maximum additional pay combined is 20%
• Holiday in Lieu (HIL)
• The County recognizes 14.5 Holidays. HIL equates to 4.6 hours
• Uniform Allowance
• SCERS Retirement 2.7% at 57
