Lateral candidates may be hired at a pay rate consistent with their experience.
Additional Incentives Include:
o P.O.S.T. Certificate/Educational/Longevity Incentives – Up to 10%
o Performance Pay – 2.5% to 5%
o Bi-Lingual Pay – 2.5%
Part-time Public Safety Dispatcher/Clerk opportunities are also available with a pay range of $21.93 – $26.36 / hour. This does not include approved increase: 2% effective 7/1/2021
