The minimum qualifications for this position is an equivalent to graduation from an accredited four-year college of university and four years of supervisory experience in the police service equivalent to a Police Commander with the City of Seaside; Possession of a valid Supervisory Certificate issued by the California State Commission on (P.O.S.T); Possession and maintenance of firearms qualification.
