Compensation and Benefits:

• 2% COLA effective 7/1/2023, and a 2% COLA effective 7/1/2024. 
• 3% at 55 PERS retirement (Classic Members) and 2.7% at 55 PERS retirement (New Member)
• $1,294 a month for medical allowance, with any remaining money deposited into employee’s ICMA deferred compensation account or taken as taxable income
