The Assistant Director of Safety and Campus Officers, under the direction of the Superintendent or Designee, shall assist with maintaining a safe and secure environment by maintaining a high level of visibility throughout the District to protect District campuses, facilities, students, staff, and visitors.

Under the direction of the Superintendent or Designee, coordinate and supervise Safety and Security programs and functions affecting the safety, security, and emergency preparedness of District campuses, facilities, students, staff, and visitors. Supervise daily operations and training of Campus Officers and safety personnel. Implement programs designated to increase safety and decrease violence.
