Welcome to SPAC
The Specialized Police Association Coalition (SPAC) is a committee within PORAC that was introduced to help address the interests of those participating specialized law enforcement, such as school district police officers, airport police officers, correctional peace officers, district attorney’s investigators, probation officers, etc. Within this committee, PORAC intends to create a progressive and collective environment that encourages networking, communication and brainstorming, as well as a more consistent and louder voice for our specialized law enforcement members.
