Attention Members,

The PORAC Statewide Chapter will begin the election process for the position of Director on the board of directors. Only Active members from associations in good standing are eligible for election. The Director shall represent the Chapter on the PORAC Board of Directors and be elected for a two-year term in odd-numbered years.

The Nomination Meeting will be held during the Chapter Meeting on August 10, 2023, 10:00 a.m. at Cal Fire, 1731 J Street, Suite 100, Sacramento, 95811. All nominations must be made and seconded by members of an active non-at-large association in good standing with PORAC. Following the closing of nominations, the election will be held by secret ballot or voice vote and by Article X of the PORAC Bylaws and Standing Rules. The newly elected Officers and Directors will take office at the next Chapter meeting following the Annual Members’ Conference.
