The City of McFarland is seeking a Chief of Police to join the McFarland Police Department.
A typical candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree with coursework in criminology, law-enforcement, social science, public administration, or a closely related field and five years of broad and extensive experience in all phases of municipal police work, preferably in a municipal police department. Any combination of training, experience and education that provides the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities may be qualifying.
